A Goodbye Note

Goodbye Note: Thank you to everyone who has been involved with Bringing Hope Back Home this year! As the school year approaches an end, the BHBH team wants to wish you all a warm goodbye and a wonderful summer. We hope that you will stay tuned for more information about our summer workshop series. 

Helping You Make The Right College Choice

Helping you make the right college choice: We know that deciding where you wanna spend the next four years is intimidating. Here are some tips to help you choose the right college: 

  1. Consider financial aid. This is a big one, especially if you don’t want to be in debt for your undergraduate years. Analyze all of your options and decide which school is giving you the best financial aid offer. 
  2. Environment and location. After a stressful year, maybe you’ve changed your mind about moving 1000 miles away from your family. Maybe you’ve decided that moving 1000 miles away is the only option! Whatever the case is, decide how far you wanna be from your hometown. 
  3. Vibes. By now, you have probably become a part of many group chats and discord channels to get a feel for the vibe of the incoming freshmen class. Think to yourself if you see yourself fitting in with the rest of the cohort. If not, maybe choosing a different school is the way to go. 

Ultimately, the decision is yours. Remember, no matter where you go, you are going to get a quality education and make the most out of your college experience. 

Decision Day

Decision Day: May 1st – a big day for high school seniors! Congratulations to every single one of you. The college application process is not an easy one and it takes a lot of effort, courage, and sleepless nights to complete. The BHBH team wants to celebrate all of your hard work over the past year.
